Gunjan Sardare

I am passionate about creating learning experiences that help an individual to gain the skill they need. Although my career has always been related to design, innovation & learning, I have bounced around from designing integrated circuits at Intel as a Design Engineer, to media production for multiple clients as a Professional Photographer, to teaching in college as a Professor and now into eLearning.

Working with multiple clients with their specific requirements has helped master the authoring tools: Adobe Captivate & Articulate Storyline. It also strengthen my knowledge on adult learning principles, and instructional design models. My experience in multiple fields throughout my career has help me to understand that, creating an effective eLearning course doesn’t stop with good instructional content. The truth is, no matter how well-designed the content might be, if the course isn’t easy to use or isn’t visually pleasing, it will fail. This is what motivates me to create beautiful eLearning experiences.

I have created multiple projects (interactions/courses) in various industry verticals. I have been appreciated for my work. One of my work has also been awarded as “1st runner-up & Popular Choice” at Adobe eLearning World Showcase Contest 2020.
